Rachel grew up in the small town of Antlers, Oklahoma, and graduated college from East Central University with a degree in retail merchandising. In 2008 she accepted a position as practice manager for a veterinary clinic and realized she had found her passion…working with and among pets. She decided to pursue the opportunity to become manager of Memorial Crossing Pet Resort, which turned out to be the most fun and rewarding career move. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her own pets, Daphne and Lenny, who are the mutts of her dreams!
Raised on a farm, working with animals is a natural fit for Anya. She joined the professional pet world in 2016, starting with Oklahoma Humane Society. She later worked in a veterinary clinic before becoming part of the Memorial Crossing Pet Resort team. Her doggos Airli, Elsi, Jack, Lucy and Reba are the loves of her life.
Rose started working with Memorial Crossing Pet Resort in 1999 as an animal care technician. She cross trained to become a skilled pet care associate and later a bathing apprentice. In 2001 under the direction of Stylist Dawn King, Rose began learning the craft of pet styling. Later that year Tambra Galid joined the team and continued Rose’s training. Within a year, she was grooming and styling independently. She now has over 18 years of experience with all kinds of dogs and is even a practiced kitty stylist!
Tambra has been a groomer for 20 years. She is stepmother to three grown stepchildren and has three grandchildren. In her spare time, she takes care of her herd of goats and three dogs, Eric the Red (Heeler), Rufus and Fenris de Wolfe. She writes stories that no one reads, crochets, knits and is currently interested in dollhouse miniatures. She enjoys working with all breeds but has a special place in her heart for the naughty dogs of the world.
