Rachel Rabon

Manager

Rachel grew up in the small town of Antlers, Oklahoma, and graduated college from East Central University with a degree in retail merchandising. In 2008 she accepted a position as practice manager for a veterinary clinic and realized she had found her passion…working with and among pets. She decided to pursue the opportunity to become manager of Memorial Crossing Pet Resort, which turned out to be the most fun and rewarding career move. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her own pets, Daphne and Lenny, who are the mutts of her dreams!

Brooklyn Brummell

Brooklyn graduated from Minco High School in 2017, then proceeded to attend Redlands Community College to earn a degree in business. She started working for Memorial Crossing Pet Resort in 2017 as an animal care technician where she quickly realized she didn’t want to work in business - she wanted to work an animals. Although Brooklyn loves all pets big and small, she has a special place in her heart for her dachshund Thor.

Rose Whiteside

Pet Stylist

Rose started working with Memorial Crossing Pet Resort in 1999 as an animal care technician. She cross trained to become a skilled pet care associate and later a bathing apprentice. In 2001 under the direction of Stylist Dawn King, Rose began learning the craft of pet styling. Later that year Tambra Galid joined the team and continued Rose’s training. Within a year, she was grooming and styling independently. She now has over 18 years of experience with all kinds of dogs and is even a practiced kitty stylist!
